iTrain using Sprog for programing Loco CVs

How to Create an interface for the Sprog DCC System.

First Open iTrain and got to Edit> interface.

Then you need to CLICK on NEW

In the Drop Down list please find SPROG. Also please name the interface Sprog or any name that help you.

Once you have selected the Sprog in the drop down list then you can look at connections. You will need the sprog plugged in and turn on. Then you will be able to see the unit in the Port list. Your computer will have given the sprog a Com port. You will see it as the name SPROG IIv4 DCC Programmer in the list please select this.

Once selected please press Apply this will then have created the NEW interface for this item. You can now see an extra interface at the bottom right hand side of the screen.

You are now ready for Programming your loco CVs.
